This process involves rapidly freezing individual fruits, ensuring they retain their freshness, color, aroma, and nutrients.
Our contracted farmers carefully cultivate and harvest strawberries under ideal conditions. The fruits are then delivered promptly to our frozen fruit production facility, where our experienced specialists handle processing with the utmost care. Once prepared, the strawberries are placed on moving freezer belts and frozen instantly using IQF technology.
IQF: Maximum Protection for Fruits
The IQF method quickly passes the critical –5°C point, minimizing damage to fruit cells. This helps lock in natural flavor, aroma, color, and nutritional value.
After freezing down to –40°C, strawberries undergo strict sorting and quality control before being packaged and stored under cold chain conditions at –18°C.
